This project was a transformation of an existing 6000 s.f. structure, which was build back in the early 1940’s to several additions into the late 1950’s, The site used to be used as a church and day care to yoga shared space etc. the project included a gutting of the entire building, the walls and roof of the main floor had to be raised, leveled, and supported by new roof trusses split in half and then bolted together to save the failing structure. The tenant improvements added a new bar, entry way, main ballroom, 3 new bathrooms, a meeting space, a basement dance hall, two new dressing rooms and a new custom deck, hardwood doors, custom finished, hardware, fire sprinkler system, new heating system, electrical, flooring, new granite counters, handrails, Victorian window and door trims and so much more.
